Detailed Itinerary

DAY 1 - PENSION MONI/OLIVE GROVE/TERRA AFRICA GUESTHOUSE, WINDHOEK
Your journey begins at Windhoek International Airport, where you will proceed into the city. The day is spent exploring, and you will then enjoy dinner at one of the restaurants before arriving at your accommodation for the night.

DAY 2 - ANIB LODGE/INTU AFRICA/STAMPRIET GUEST HOUSE, KALAHARI DESERT
After breakfast you will travel south to the Kalahari, where your lodge is situated. A range of game can be seen in the area, and a late afternoon sundowner drive offers excellent sightings of wildlife. (B - Bronze) (B,D - Gold) (B - Guest Farm)

DAY 3 - CAÑON ROADHOUSE/CAÑON LODGE, FISH RIVER CANYON
This morning you travel further south, stopping to visit the Quivertree forest before arriving at your lodge, which is situated close to the Fish River Canyon. This is where you will spend the next two nights. (B - Bronze) (B,D - Gold) (B - Guest Farm)

DAY 4 - CAÑON ROADHOUSE/CAÑON LODGE, FISH RIVER CANYON
Today you will drive to the Fish River Canyon to spend the day exploring this massive landmark - one of the world's largest canyons. You will then travel back to your lodge to relax for the afternoon. (B - Bronze) (B,D - Gold) (B - Guest Farm)

DAY 5 - ZUM SPERRGEBIET HOTEL/NEST HOTEL/ZUR WATERKANT, LÜDERITZ
Your journey continues past Aus and down the open plains of the Great Escarpment to Lüderitz. On your way see if you can spot the Wild Horses of the Namib, and in Lüderitz you can enjoy a scenic drive to Diaz Point before driving to your hotel. (B - Bronze) (B,D - Gold) (B - Guest Farm)

DAY 6 - HELMERINGHAUSEN HOTEL/SINCLAIR GUEST FARM/NAMTIB GUEST FARM, HELMERINGHAUSEN AREA
After breakfast you will take a drive to the ghost town of Kolmanskop, which is now a deserted town. You will then travel north to the area at the foot of the Tiras Mountains, where you will overnight. (B - Bronze) (B,D - Gold) (B - Guest Farm)

DAY 7 - DESERT HOMESTEAD/SOSSUSVLEI LODGE/BÜLLSPORT GUEST FARM, SOSSUSVLEI
Today you will have breakfast, before departing along the mountain for Sossusvlei, where your next lodge is situated. Highlights to consider include a visit to Duwisib Castle, and you can then have the rest of the day to relax. (B - Bronze) (B,D - Gold) (B - Guest Farm)

DAY 8 - DESERT HOMESTEAD/SOSSUSVLEI LODGE/BÜLLSPORT GUEST FARM, SOSSUSVLEI
Today's highlights include an early morning sunrise over the dunes at Sossusvlei, a nature walk across the dunes and a visit to Sesriem Canyong. The rest of the day is spent relaxing at your lodge. (B - Bronze) (B,D - Gold) (B - Guest Farm)

DAY 9 & 10 - INTERMEZZO GUEST HOUSE/HANSA HOTEL/ORANGE HOUSE, SWAKOPMUND
After breakfast today you will drive to Swakopmund, passing the Welwitschia plains and the Moonlandscape. Famous for its range of adventure sports, Swakopmund has a lot to offer visitors with a range of activities. You will spend the next two days here. (B - Bronze) (B,D - Gold) (B - Guest Farm)

DAY 11 - TWYFELFONTEIN LODGE/MOWANI MOUNTAIN CAMP/AMEIB RANCH, DAMARALAND
Proceed along the coastline in a northern direction this morning, and will enjoy a visit to Cape Cross seal colony before driving on to Damaraland. Highlights along the way include landmarks such as Burnt Mountain and the Organ Pipes. You will overnight here tonight. (B - Bronze) (B,D - Gold) (B - Guest Farm)

DAY 12 - RUSTIG TOKO LODGE/HUAB LODGE/GELBINGEN GUEST FARM, DAMARALAND
Today after breakfast, you will drive to Twyfelfontein to see the rock engravings and art that make this area a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will also visit the Petrified Forest, before continuing to your lodge to overnight. (B - Bronze) (B,D - Gold) (B - Guest Farm)

DAY 13 & 14 - ETOSHA SAFARI CAMP/EPACHA GAME LODGE & SPA/NWR CAMP, ETOSHA NATIONAL PARK
You will then continue on to Etosha National Park, where you will spend the next two days enjoying the exceptional game viewing in this massive park. (B - Bronze) (B,D - Gold) (B - Guest Farm)

DAY 15 - ETOSHA AOBA LODGE/MUSHARA LODGE/ONGUMA BUSH CAMP, ETOSHA NATIONAL PARK
After sunrise today you will travel to the eastern section of the park, which offers a range of game sightings and excellent birding opportunties. You will stay overnight at a nearby lodge. (B - Bronze) (B,D - Gold) (B - Guest Farm)

DAY 16 - WATERBERG CAMP/WATERBERG WILDERNESS LODGE, WATERBERG
Today you will leave Etosha, travelling south to Waterberg Plateau. This massive area offers stunning scenery and views, ideal for nature drives and scenic walks. You will stay at a lodge or camp here tonight. (B - Bronze) (B,D - Gold) (B - Guest Farm)

DAY 17 - WINDHOEK
On the final day you will have a nature walk, followed by breakfast, and then it is time to drive on to Windhoek, where your self-drive adventure ends. (B)
