Take the C26 from Windhoek city centre into Auas Road, Follow the road to Fanie Du Plessis Road and turn right shortly thereafter to get to Windhoek Country Club Resort.

- Children under the age of 18 (maximum 2 children per room) will be accommodated free of charge on a Bed only basis if sharing with two adults, but will be charged for meals
- Children aged 0-2, no charge
- Children aged 3-12, 50% of the applicable rate per meal per day
- Children occupying their own rooms will be charged the full rate

- Cancellations within 48 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a full cancellation fee of the value of the accommodation booked
- Check-in is after 14h00 PM and check-out is before 10h00 AM
- Rooms will be kept until 18h00 PM on day of arrival unless otherwise assured or guaranteed
