Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 - AGAMA RIVER CAMP
The tour departs from Windhoek at 8:30am. You will drive through the town of Rehoboth and arrive at Agama River Camp in time for lunch. After this you can relax at camp and perhaps enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool, and then in the afternoon you can enjoy a guided sunset walk or a sundowner drive. Dinner is taken around the fire, and you will then camp overnight. (L,D)

Day 2 - AGAMA RIVER CAMP
This morning you will leave camp before dawn to head to Sossusvlei to watch the sunrise from these amazing dunes. We explore the dunes of Sossusvlei and then carry on to Dead Vlei. After a mid-morning brunch and some further exploring, you can return to camp for a rest. In the afternoon you’ll have the chance to explore Sesriem Canyon on foot. Sundowners overlooking the dunes are savoured, followed by a delicious bush dinner and overnight camping. (B,L,D)

Day 3 - VILLA WIESE GUESTHOUSE, SWAKOPMUND
This morning after breakfast we leave camp, via the tiny town of Solitaire, driving through the desert before reaching Walvis Bay. This charming coastal town has a beautiful lagoon boasting birdlife such as Greater and Lesser Flamingos, pelicans, avocets, plovers and the endemic Damara Tern. This is where you can enjoy lunch before heading to Swakopmund. You will be able to book optional adventure activities such as sand boarding, quad biking, scenic flights, parachuting, dolphin cruises and more – enjoyed this afternoon and tomorrow morning. After a dinner at a restaurant (at your own expense) you will stay overnight at a great guesthouse in the town. (B,L)

Day 4 - WINDHOEK
The final day of your tour starts with a hearty breakfast, before enjoying the morning at leisure, with optional activities on offer including sand boarding. You could also choose to explore the town and enjoy coffee in one of the cafes or head to the beach. After lunch you will head back to Windhoek via the Okahandja craft markets, ending off your tour on a good note. (B,L)
