The Swakopmund Hotel & Entertainment Centre is located on the Namibian coastline in the town called Swakopmund.

- Children under the age of 18 will be accommodated fee of charge on a Bed basis if sharing with one or two adults but will be charged for their meals
- Maximum 2 children per room
- Children between the ages 0-2 will not be charged for meals and children aged 3-12 will only be charged 50 % if the applicable rate per meal per day

- Check-in is after 14h00 PM and check-out is before 10h00 AM
- Cancellations within 48 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a full cancellation fee
- Guaranteed reservations will be held for first night only, after which the accommodation will be released
