Palmwag Reserve is located in northern Damaraland, and covers about 5,000km² between Etosha National Park and the Skeleton Coast.
Home to the largest free roaming population of Black rhino in Africa, as well as desert adapted elephant, Hartman's Mountain Zebra, giraffe, oryx, springbok, kudu, lions, cheetah, leopard, brown and spotted hyena.
Birdlife is also highly abundant and diverse with most of Namibia's endemics found within the reserve.
Activities in the are include rhino tracking on foot or by vehicle, night drives and full day outings with picnic lunches on the concession.
